GALLERY TERMS OF SERVICE

• Please restrict yourself to uploading no more than three images a day. In the situation of uploading a series, please contact the site admin for assistance in doing so.

• Please use keywords appropriate to your image. Excess use of keywords will result in users viewing an image they might not have wanted to which could lead to issues. On the off chance that you viewed a particular type of image in an image search that didn't seem appropriate, please notify the staff so that we can attempt to change the image's keywords to prevent such thing from happening again.

• Most categories are fairly self-explanatory. Do not complain that you saw images of people with their arm cut off if you visited the "Bizarre" category. That's why the category exists, as do the others.

• Do not flame or slander in user comments. If an image description asks for feedback please do so in a manner that is helpful and might help the artist learn or expand on a skill.

The quick and dirty version:

• Do not upload images depicting minors nude or in erotic situations.
• Do not upload images depicting humans in erotic situations with animals.
• Do not upload images depicting humans in erotic situations with a corpse.

1. Do not upload anything that represents a minor (as in under the age of 18yrs) nude or semi-nude, neither male nor female. If this were any other than an erotic art site an argument could be made using a baby/mother or toddler bathtime scenario but this is not the case. While Raunchyminds does allow non-erotic art to be submitted we do not think it is appropriate for images of nude digitally-simulated minors to be in the same site gallery as erotic art. Images with clothed minors in non-erotic scenes/situations will be allowed in the appropriate category or categories.
   
   A certain amount of latitude will be given in these situations but be it known that unless the render in question looks close to a digitally-simulated model of legal age (18yrs) there will be little discussion regarding the removal of said image, especially if the scene is of an erotic nature:

•  Faeries/Sprites:
  There are many wonderful faerie renders online, both clothed and nude. This forte is a general grey area as some of the works do have a very young or innocent looking character in them. Use a certain amount of judgment before uploading your faerie/sprite renders to the gallery. Parenting a set of wings to a nude digitally-simulated model of an 11-12 year old and calling it a faerie or sprite will not sway the judgment of the staff. Such a model should have something covering the genitals, even if that something is a leaf prop or ivy strand, and should not be engaged in an erotic act. However, as long as the final rendered character looks close to legal age you can submit your erotic or non-erotic images here.

• Anime:
  This is a an area even more grey than the faerie art. Anime/hentai/manga generally uses characters who inherently look young to begin with. They have tiny facial and body features which lend to the fact that they are supposed to look young and/or innocent. Exceptions to the rule include such characters as MayaDoll/AnimeDoll and derivatives of them as well as a few others. While these characters have the anime-type features their bodies suggest that they are of a legal age. Use discretion when uploading renders of this style, if you are in doubt please don't hesitate to contact a mod/staff person/admin via the forum to make a judgment call for you.

• Toon-type characters:
  Sara/Alexa/Laroo/TheGirl, Staci, Lalala, Koshini and many others from that long list, are considered toon-type characters. While some may have facial features that imply that they are more innocent they rarely have the body structures that resemble being of non-legal age (Kiki or character derivatives from that mesh are NOT considered of a legal age for erotic renders). As far as RaunchyMinds is concerned, renders using characters of this type are allowed in fully nude and erotic renders as long as the original character has not been morphed or textured in an effort to make it look underage (18yrs).

2. For RaunchyMind's member's sakes, centaurs, werewolves, zombies, vampires and characters of that nature (at least 50% human) are defined as humanoid. Dogs, bulls, swine, and sheep are animals. Do not upload an image of a dog wearing a hat or some trousers and engaging in an erotic act with a human and expect it to be classified as humanoid. RaunchyMinds does not allow erotic scenes where one of the participants is an animal and the other is humanoid.

3. Images depicting humanoids engaged in an erotic situation with what appears to be a corpse will not be allowed. Zombies, mummies, vampires and characters of that nature are not considered a corpse.

4. The "Bizarre" category - This is for everyone's benefit, nobody wants to accidentally stumble upon images of these types. Images depicting humanoids engaged in an erotic situation where there is dismemberment or excessive blood need to be uploaded in this category. Non-erotic images depicting death need to be uploaded in this category as well. There are many other types of images that would qualify for submission to this category (too many to list in a TOS), if you are in doubt about yours don't hesitate to contact a mod/staff person/admin via the forum to request their advice.
